The Circular DAF system is a sophisticated water treatment technology designed to remove suspended solids, oils, and other contaminants from water. It operates on the principle of flotation, utilizing the natural buoyancy of air bubbles to lift particles to the surface for removal.
At Ishan Paryavaran Private Limited, we are at the forefront of environmental innovation, and our Circular DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) system stands as a testament to our commitment to sustainable water treatment solutions. Designed with precision engineering and cutting-edge technology, the Ishan Circular DAF system offers unparalleled performance, efficiency, and reliability, making it the cornerstone of modern water clarification processes.
Introduction of Air: Air is introduced into the water stream, creating micro-sized air bubbles dispersed throughout the water.
Contact with Contaminants: Air-saturated water enters the Circular DAF tank, coming into contact with suspended particles and contaminants.
Attachment of Air Bubbles: Micro-sized air bubbles attach themselves to the suspended particles and contaminants.
Formation of Float: Buoyant aggregates form a froth or foam layer on the water surface, trapping suspended particles and contaminants.
Skimming: Once the float layer reaches a certain thickness, it is carefully skimmed off the surface of the water using mechanical scrapers or skimmers. These devices collect the float and direct it to a separate chamber for further processing or disposal.
Clarified Water Collection: Beneath the float layer, the clarified water, now free from the majority of suspended solids and contaminants, is collected from the bottom of the Circular DAF tank. This clarified water typically undergoes additional treatment processes, such as filtration or disinfection, before being discharged or reused.
Circular Tank: The heart of the Circular DAF system, where the flotation process occurs. The tank is designed to facilitate the efficient mixing of air and water and the separation of float and clarified water.
Scrapers/Skimmers: Mechanical devices used to remove the float layer from the surface of the water. These devices ensure continuous operation and efficient removal of contaminants.
Air Dissolution System: Equipment responsible for pressurizing and saturating the water with air, creating the air-saturated water necessary for the flotation process.
High Efficiency: The Circular DAF system offers high levels of contaminant removal efficiency, resulting in clarified water of exceptional quality.
Versatility: Suitable for a wide range of applications, from municipal wastewater treatment to industrial processes, the Circular DAF system can be tailored to meet specific water treatment needs.
Space Efficiency: Compact design makes it suitable for installations where space is limited, optimizing the use of available footprint.
Low Maintenance: With robust construction and simple operation, the Circular DAF system requires minimal maintenance, reducing downtime and operational costs.
